- Help families develop practical digital skills and support safe educational use.
- Use transparent participation criteria informed by need, affordability and programme readiness.
Activation approach
Confirm suppliers, affordability arrangements, user support and any funding commitments before opening an intake.
Intended result
Participating households gain usable, supported access to a suitable learning device.
